PRESIDENT OF ARTSAKH REPUBLIC BAKO SAHAKYAN PARTOOK AT THE SOLEMN OPENING CEREMONY OF THE RESIDENCY OF THE ARTSAKH DIOCESE OF THE ARMENIAN APOSTOLIC CHURCH IN CAPITAL STEPANAKERT.
The Head of State noted that the opening of the residency in the capital would have a great role in the spiritual development of our nation, strengthening the state-church ties as well as will give a new impetus to the activities of the Diocese.
