- The index of consumer prices in January-March of 2008 In Nagorno-Karabakh Republic the index of consumer prices in March of 2008, in comparison with December of 2007, has compiled 103.2 per cent, among them food goods (including alcoholic drinks and tobacco) – 104.6 per cent, non food goods – 101.7 per cent, tariffs of services – 101.2 per cent. An increase is fixed from food goods in the following goods groups: vegetable and potatoe – 121.9 per cent, bread – 107.3 per cent, dairy produce – 104.7 per cent, meat products – 104.6 per cent and fruits - 103.3 per cent. According to the consumer prices of observing cities, the index in March of 2008, in comparison with December of 2007, has compiled in Stepanakert 102.5 per cent, in Askeran – 102.9 per cent, in Hadrut – 103.9 per cent, in Martakert - 104.0 per cent, in Martuni – 104.3 per cent, in Shushi – 105.9 per cent and in Berdzor – 103.7 per cent. According to the results of prices’ observations of NKR National Statistical Service, in NKR consumer market in March of 2008 an increase of prices of the most important food goodstypes is fixed Foreign Trade of Nagorno Karabakh Republic in 2007 The size of foreign trade circulation of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic by real prices of 2007, has compiled 90000.7 million drams or 277392.9 thousand USA dollars., among them an export of goods – 24759.7 million drams (72549.6 thousand dollars). Commercial balance is negative by 40481.2 million drams (132293.8 thousand dollars) and in regard towards 2006 has increased by 95.0 per cent, but in regard towards 2005 – 2.3 times. In comparison with 2006, the size of foreign trade circulation of 2007 has increased by 75.0 per cent, besides, an export has increased by 60.0 per cent, but import – by 81.0 per cent. In 2007 89.5 per cent of NKR foreign trade circulation has been realized in Stepanakert, 4.6 per cent - in Martuni, 3.5 per cent – in Askeran, 0.8 per cent – in Martakert, 0.7 per cent – in Hadrut and Kashatagh, 0.2 per cent – in Shushi regions by natural persons and organizations realizing economical activities. For the purpose of getting more detailed information about NKR foreign trade of 2007, NKR National Statistical Service offers to make use of “ Foreign Trade of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in 2007” statistical collection, the basis of formation of which are informations about import and export of goods got from Tax State Service of NKR Government and statistical statements.
