PROGRAMS, WHICH SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO LIFE AND DEVELOPED IN TIME

On March 21st,2008 the Minister of Social Maintenance Narine Azatian held a conference, where the chieves of health and social department of municipality of Stepanakert, social service, territorial agencies of Askeran, Martakert, Martuni, Hadrut, Shushi, Kashatagh and other corresponding persons presented. By assurance of N.Azatian, such meetings will be periodical. Charitable programs have been worked out for the first time in the republic. The aim of the conference was to sum up and have news about the programs’ procedure, programs, which should be brought to life and developed in time. The procedure of corresponding decision of NKR government “About rendering socially unprovided citizens (families) material assistance”, a new order of giving passes in sanitoriums and rest-homes were basically discussed at the conference. The program will be realized in May-June. The last question concerned the process of NKR government’s decison “About getting one-off grant of marriage for newly created families”. There were a number of offers for improvement of the works. The Minister assigned the chieves of corresponding bodies of board of administartions to amke serious researches and represent the statement of results. It is impossible to embrace all these charitable programs in range of the sate budget. So, proceeding from the researches and represented offers, necessary works should be done for including also benefactors. Details will be informed then.
