In settlements of the republic yearly gatherings of local communities are going on. On January 24th,the NKR Prime Minister A Haroutyunian assisted at Noragyugh’s gathering. The details of accountable report of the head of community A. Galstian hope, that Noragyugh people leave by tomorrow’s hopeful perspectives: at present a number of inhabitants is 1400, 30 children were born last year, 10 new families were formed, 5 new objects of public sense are built, separate streets of the village were improved and other positive facts.It was noted that it was necessary to restore the inner water supply netting, to build flats for young families, to restore the kinder-garden. It was spoken, that in the village there was a necessity of openning new factories, where people, besides agriculture, would have an addtitional work and a chance of having a pay. In view of viewpoints and suggetion-petitions of Noragyugh people, the Prime Minister reverberated, that first of all it was necessary to clear the tasks of the state and the community.The Prime Minister emphasized, that various local problems should be solved by efforts of the community. A.Haroutyunian announced, that they would begin hypothec crediting for young families from Noragyugh, irrigating water would reach to local fields, he would assist, that in 2008 construction of a new school building would begin, and in 2009 the road connecting the settlement with the republican highway would be constructed. In connection with some questions, the Prime Minister gave the executives of the region and village corresponding assignments on the spot.(Administration of relations with the NKR Government’s information and community).
