TO GAIN MUCH ON OWN GROUND
- On January 22nd, the NKR Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunian paid a working visit to Verin Horatagh, Harutyunagomer and Vaghuhas villages of Martakert region and assisted at the discussion of yearly statements of the heads of local communities. The mentioned settlements being in the same subregions, have not only the same problems, but have borne fatal similar heavy blows. During Artsakh war they were at the same time captured by Azeri armed forces and were submitted to great ravages. Understandably, there unsolved problems are much, so the head of the Government has found suitable to participate in gatherings devoted to innercommunal condition of villages of such category, to clear some programs and versions of village life’s improvement on the spot. Almost in three villages the meetings have passed in stormy and frank atmosphere. It has become clear either from statements, or from question-applications, that in this subzone a flat problem has remained rather point-blank. A.Haroutyunian has cleared up, that in future flats and detached houses will be built by state means first of all for families of killed azatamartiks, and then for invalids of war and representatives of vulnerable layers. During the conversation with inhabitants, the head of the Government has set some questions going, particularly, a village technical equipment will be allocated, an additional annex of Vaghuhas school will be planned, a problem of reception of Artsakh and Armenian TV waves will be regulated and so on. The head of regional board of administration of Martakert Sergey Ohanian accompanied the Prime Minister.(Administration of relations with the NKR Government’s information and community).
