THE IMPORTANCE OF COMMUNICATIONS
As a result of new assignments Andranik Manukyan was dismissed from the post of Minister of Transport and Communication and was assigned as an advisor to the RA President. Perhaps he will be responsible for economic issues. Good, trustful relations with the outside world, in particular with the neighbors are very important for the Minister of Transport what successfully managed to do the former Minister, also thanks to his personal relations. He was cooperating with Minister of Transport Igor Levitin, head of railway Valdimir Yakunin. Mr. Manukyan also had warm relations with his Georgian colleagues, good relations with the Minister of Turkey. Will the head of transport and communication manage to keep and develop those relations? We hope he will.
