«DRO» GROUP AGAINST CORRUPTION?

Vahan Hovhannisyan said during his meeting with the Ago's Group of the CE Committee of Ministers that the ARF «has adopted the CC decree and thinks that it is very important for the public to adopt the CC decrees since the country should have only one instance the decision of which will be final for the whole population». We should remind that the ARF didn't adopt the CC decree in 1996. But the most interesting thing from Mr. Hovhanisyan's speech is the following: «In answer to the observation of the Ambassador of Switzerland to the CE that the part of society was for Levon Ter-Petrosyan and the latter managed to control them since one of his slogans was the struggle against the corruption, Vahan Hovhannisyan said that the corruption has had more awful demonstrations under Ter-Petrosyan's rule than it has nowadays. Only ARF struggled against the corruption those years that’s why the party's activities were stopped».
