SOBER ELECTION
“All our problems come from bad governance, all our problems come from the imperfection of our state system, and those problems become more imperfect when the officials are not familiar to the elementary principles of the governance. Officials who have never ruled a group of people but had to rule a small country, millions. I call you to make a sober election on February 19 since our future depends on that day”, - Presidential Candidate Serge Sargsyan said in Kotayk region.

Today in Armenian history- 1870 Birth of Nerses Ashtaraketsee the Fifth, later to become Catholicos and a figure of the National Liberal Movement. In 1814, while leader of the See of Tbilisi (Georgia), he founded the Nersessyan School. (He died in 1957).
