According to the 21st article of the “Electoral Code” “Propagandizing printed materials should include information about those organizations and persons who are responsible for the publication as well as information about the organization and print run.” While these printed materials which are distributed by MIAK and call people to vote for Serge Sargsyan, no information is noted.
