U.S. EMBASSY ADVISES MAINTAINING VIGILANCE

U.S. Embassy in Armenia has issued a statement warning its citizens to maintain a high level of vigilance after recent attacks on U.S. missions in Egypt and Libya.
"All U.S. citizens overseas, including U.S. citizens residing in Armenia, are reminded to maintain a high level of vigilance and good situational awareness in light of recent attacks on U.S. missions in Egypt and Libya. The U.S. Embassy in Armenia has no specific information to indicate that these events will affect security in Armenia. The U.S. Embassy in Armenia is observing normal working hours, the Embassy said in the statement.
