MURSI MADE PARLIAMENTARIANS GET BACK TO WORK
- Newly elected Islamist President of Egypt Mohammed Mursi has overlooked Constitutional Court's ruling to disband the Egyptian parliament in June and has assigned deputies to return to parliament, saying it is the people's decision.

On July 10, the Parliament of Egypt started its session again.
In early July, Mohammed Mursi changed the Court's ruling and assigned the parliament to restart its activities. A day after the President's decision, the Court ruled not to submit to the Islamist President and left its own decision on disbanding the parliament unchanged.
"All the decisions taken by the Constitutional Court are final. They aren't subject to appeal and must be implemented by all structures that are subject to the government," Interfax cites the declaration of the Constitutional Court of Egypt.
