TWO PEOPLE DROWNED IN LAKE SEVAN

On July 21 at 9:30 a.m. a teenager was drowned in Lake Sevan, 7-8 meters from the “Akhtamar” Beach.
Arriving at the site the rescuers took out from water the corpse of 17-year-old Harutyun Davoyan, resident of Lernahovit Village, Lori Region.
Another case of drowning occurred in the Sevan on July 20. This time it was 60-year-old Vachagan Khalatian, resident of Avan District, Yerevan, whose corpse was found 40-60 meters from the village of Artanish.

SHEEP RIPPED UP
From July 17 to July 20 nine sheep were ripped up by wolves in the mountains of the Village of Darpas, Lori Region.

TWO PEOPLE DIE IN FIRE On July 22 at 3:45 a.m. a house burnt down in the city of Martuni. At 6:20 a.m. the fire brigade was able to put out the fire, which took the lives of 84-year-old Simon Manukian and 81-year-old Tsaghik Manukian.

CAR ACCIDENT On July 21 an Opel Vectra (registration number 06 LS 773) and a Gazel (registration number 205 LS 56) crashed into each other on Baghramyan Str., Aparan. As a result the Opel rode out of the street and ran into 51-year-old Gagik Yeghiazarian and 47-year-old Emma Yeghiazarian, who were taken to hospital with light injuries.
