This self proclaimed unlawfull opposition,is reading all the pages at the same time,in a show of panic...having no intention to relise that, they are making a mockery out of themselves.
these blind and sensless acts are the prerequisit of jail not the parliament.Even if these trouble makers resort to EU/US support, they shoudn't have the chance to impose their unlawfullness on the country.
I have the feeling that LTB'S foreigne allies are realising,by supporting LTB they will lose a lot!
Did? LTBand his clan forgot the insults and dirty accusations they have made during the ellectoral campaigne, abusing the word democracy, what a shameless bunch of people !
KOTCHARIAN made his best, but wasn't enough, hopefully SS we will behis best,DS is trying the results should be visible within at least a year, however we need to be hopefull.

LTP is scared like hell he is going to be prosecuted and that's why he's going on the offensive.
    It's all nonsense.

I suggest sending all the LTP gang to a mental
hospital. LTP will be elected the president there
and can rule as long as he wishes. His gang
will also 'feel at home' there. Other residents
will enjoy watching these guys and will be
    entertained as well.

I think some idiots among us think that you can build a country like USA in Armenia, which is only 18 years old. I am sure RK had some failures, but you can not possible built a prosperous country in suh a short perid of time. Armenia is still in a transition period...this is why it's call transition because it's not there yet. We saw a total collapse of the country while LTP was the president, we saw gradual improvements here and there while RK was the president, now we are seeing further improvements since SS came to power, and this happened only during the first 100 days of his presidency. It will take time for Armenia to exit from its transition phase. LTP will sure will not end the transition period of Armenia through massive improvements...it's just a phase, which will pass in the next 10 years hopefully if this trend continues. LTP isn't the answer to Armenia's problems because the country is in development.
How hard is this for some idiots in Armeia not to realize this? This is why I am saying that the opposition seems to be composed of less educated, the lower-class of the society who can not simply grasp this because they lack proper education...and logic for that matter.
Armenians always seem to complain about everything whether it's good or bad. I bet if Armenia becomes prosperous, Armenians will always find somethinng to whine abount still. It's in our genes, so just because some of them whine about things, it does nto necessarily mean that things are that bad.

Why would he get persecuted? He has done everything legally unlike SS & RK. If he had done anything wrong then why didn't kocharian nail him? Was that the one and only mistake that he did? Made himself look like a loser. Why doesn't he do it now? If Levon was scared, he wouldn't have run for presidency in the first place. Simple logic. Unfortunately, for you dashnaks it's hard to grasp.

You just said that Armenia could not be like Armenia after 18 years so how did you expect LTP to build anything even close to a less than normal country when it was just born with war and disaster squeezing the Armenian budget and resources. Come on you know better than that. It was a phase, it is a phase. Everything happens for a reason, it's not to distabilize the country or sell it to Turkey. As long as our leaders are focused on the country and not the millions of dollars they could earn, the country will succeed. I think LTP is done with that, Robert had his chance, but SS is not going to succeed in that, so he has no choice but to make reforms for the country because the pressure is on him by LTP and the Armenian society. The Armenian people are not stupid. When they support LTP, they are confident. I would appreciate if you stop bashing LTP because 80% of the population believes in him and that is why he has a huge influence on the government today.

    KAREN
Very logical evaluation of the current/future.
Indeed a country can't become fully democratic in 20 years.LTP thinks if he comes to power for a third mandate he will make it in 3 years ,and than hand over to others (so gentelman ).
He never saw his reigne to be a period of caos and he blamed the gharapagh war...
LTP calls everybody else crooks and criminals but himself.

Avo, I agree, your logic is truly a very simple one.
Let me ask you back. IF LTP was so sure of RK's terrible presidency why did he wait for 10 years to sue him?
I can tell you Why RK, along with the rest of our gov., didn't prosecute LTP for his crimes. Simply because he was the 1st president of our newly formed republic and you don't want to take him to court. Besides, he left without a big fuss knowing very well what a horrible job he'd done. As you must remember, the whole country and the gov. was paralyzed, couldn't even pay the teacher's saleries. Country was in bad shape and they spared the nation from another shock. They had work to do!

Marina, nobody wants to get back to this! All these films are made by government propaganda, I am sure that if somebody is given the resources and permission to make a film about the current government you would see lots of terrible things, though not as bed as this one. I am against LTP and the current government, but it is all we get. We need a strong opposition, a really strong opposition , which wants to get to power and struggles for it. I hope that LTP can't get to power and will stay opposition forever, just to make government to work and carry out reforms.

I don't think %80 of population supports him, no way. I don't know anybody from my relatives who supports him, I don't know any friend either. And I am from a modest Armenian family.

You are very very asshole avo. As long as Armenia has stupids like you, it is clear it goes toward misfortune day by day.
