  A trouble maker shouldn't meet any foreigne dignataries,instead he should be called to justice.

  LTP and SS are playing games. SS is playing nice with turks and opening a discussion regarding the genocide, 'vor Levon'e xosalu tegh chunena'. SS is taking the platform of LTP and implementing it himself, thereby negating LTP own platform. Very strategic political move by SS. He recently sacked the head of OVIR and is cracking down on people who think they are above the law. March 1st showed that people in armenia, no matter which party, will use violent measures...which is the #1 threat to an existing government. SS is trying to calm the opposition down by distancing himself from RK, who hasn't been in the public arena for a while. So far I view this as a positive move, though it is out of self-interest in SS case, at least he is attacking the problems head on. I believe LTP couldnt handle such oligarchs, he is too weak, and he would not be able to consolidate power.

  Your evaluation of the current situation is very logical.
  I hope that SS discusses his foreigne policy matters with his advisors, and these advisors do represent the coolition he has formed, if not we are to expect more problems.
  The country has to be unified internally and externally in order to be successfull.
  I gather he is making moves all by himself.
  internally he is making blunt and concrete changes,my hope is that he is well prepared for possible offset by the corruptors....
  SS shouldn't provide room for REBOUNDS...he should be covered from all angels to be successfull.

  From what I know SS took it upon himself to make the announcement from Moscow, he didn't tell the coalition ahead of time. When this happened the ARF began to demand answer from Nalbandian, I believe. So SS had to retract his statement. I don't think SS is that dumb to question the genocide, I think he views the need to have a forum, as something that he can hold against LTP. Like i said in the past SS is not in the same arena as RK...they are very different. SS is actually trying to win over the opposition. Mihran, overall Armenian politics is very primitive compared to Western strategies, and figuring out why SS/RK/LTP do what they do becomes easier, by the day.
