Vardges Gaspari, who is under preliminary detention for March 1 events, has declared a three-day hunger- and water-strike.
The “Nubarashen” Penitentiary of RA Ministry of Justice got a notification from Vardges Gaspari confirming his declaration of hunger- and water-strike from May 14 to May 17.
Immediately after the warning Vardges Gaspari was moved into a special cell where he would be kept under medical supervision. According to Arsen Babayan, press secretary of the RA Justice Ministry Penitentiary Department, the medical investigation showed that Vardges Gaspari’s health state is satisfactory.
