No action has been brought against IBF Middleweight World Champion Arthur Abraham. “The German Daily “Bild” has been spreading false news on this account”, Arthur Abraham told “A1+” on the phone.
According to the daily “Arthur Abraham is sued for raping a maid-servant in one of the hotels in Germany.” “I am deeply surprised at the news. No such thing has ever happened and no action has been taken against me”, said Arthur.
The boxer, now in Switzerland, is training for the fight against Colombian Professional Boxer Edison Miranda due in the USA on June 21. Through an inquiry the Boxer Club was able to find out source of the false information; it was the “Universum” Club.
“Our club has put the “Universum” on trial. They were eager to spread the false news to harm my reputation. Just it will take us long to prove it was a falsehood. It was my opponent’s intrigue. The “Universum” made it up because it has a middleweight world champion too. They are trying to put pressure on me.”
By the way, after the fight with Miranda Arthur Abraham is coming to Armenia on June 23-25.
