easy for you to say, you live in America. Try telling that to the people in Armenia, the same people that are outraged at what the gov't did on march 1, and that is why SS yesterday placed partial blame on gov't action

When one person controls the election as it happened in Armneia, the result is unfair and disasterous and all human beings should be outraged regardless where they live. When people are defrauded where they have fundamental right, i.e. voting and the regime prints 500,000 new passports and makes the schen such that one person votes several times and presurres the govermental people to vote for him, that is NOT a democracy. That is communist action.
