U.S. EMBASSY IN ARMENIA URGES TO EXERCISE CAUTION
The government of Armenia is inaugurating a new president on Wednesday, April 9, at 2 in the afternoon. Large crowds are expected in the downtown area in connection with the official events, which will include a military procession through Freedom Square and evening festivities at Republic Square. Although we have no specific information, it is possible that protests may occur.
We wish to remind American citizens that even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and possibly escalate into violence. American citizens are therefore urged to avoid any areas of demonstrations if possible, and to exercise caution if within the vicinity of any demonstrations. American citizens should stay current with media coverage of local events and be aware of their surroundings at all times. wait so your implying that LTP has turned April 24 into celebration? From a political standpoint of course on april 24 there will be protests, because the opposition knows that police and the army might refrain from using force on such a important day.
The struggle isn't about LTP in Armenia, its about human rights, citizen rights. What SS/RK did was not very smart, they have created more public outrage. - Garnik

What was the "Human's right" scale in LTP days??? What kind if "Rights" LTP is persuing taking elderlies and kids to the streets not even caring about their safty??? And he may use any 10 people gathering to a feast to his own gain. What is he teaching the new generation???
