THEY HAVE FORBIDDEN TO RE-COUNT SERGE SARGSYAN’S VOTES

Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s proxy Razmik Botsinyan told “A1+” that yesterday he demanded to re-count the presidential candidate Serge Sargsyan’s votes at 14/2 election precinct in Ashtarak, since he had noticed cases of rigging. “The policemen threatened me to shut up my mouth, or they would detain me”, noted Razmik Botsinyan. He had made a protocol that the head of the commission Gevorg Khachatryan had forbidden to re-count Serge Sargsyan’s votes, but the head of the commission did not sign it.
“Gevorg Khachatryan works in the presidential administration and did not sign the protocol, other members of the commission were afraid of signing; only the representative of the “Heritage” party signed it”. Razmik Botsinyan had handed over the protocol to international observers.
