Today’s’ march doubled the number of the participants of the gathering. After the gathering, a march was organized headed by the RA First President Levon Ter-Petrsoyan. The march was also headed by Stepan Demirchayn, Aram Sargsyan and leaders of 20 political parties supporting the RA First President.
The participants of the march passed Matshot’s Avenue, Amiryan, Nalbandyan and Sayat-Nova streets and returned the Liberty Square, where Ter-Petrosyan wished good night to his supporters. As Nikol Pushinyan said, the aim of the match was to make the Yerevan residents participants and witnesses of Ter-Petrosyan’s victory.
No policemen were accompanying the participants of the march, though no violations took place. Many passers-by joined the participants of the march and the residents welcomed them from windows. During the whole march the participants cried out: “Levon President, Levon President”. “Fight, fight to the end”. When the participants of the march met Serge Sargsyan’s posters in the streets they cried out: “Serge, leave!”
“I consider that Ter-Petrosyan is the only candidate who has managed to unite the nation. I am a non-party affiliated, but I have got acquainted with his program and I am confirmed that we may connect our future only with him”, said 23-year-old Arthur Adamyan, a participant of the march.
The march ended in the Liberty Square, where it had begun but the number of participants had increased.
