COURT SITTING ADJOURNED
Today the First Instance Court of Kentron and Nork-Marash communities adjourned the court sitting on the case “Aram Karapetian versus the RA Police.” Reminder: the Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police denied Aram Karapetian a certificate of RA citizenship over the past ten years. The denial was determined by the fact that Aram Karapetian hadn't submitted a certificate of permanent residence in the Republic of Armenia over the past ten years.
“I have legal, moral and political rights to run in the upcoming election. The department’s decision is illegal,” the New Times Party leader said. The sitting was adjourned as the Police representatives did not produce the corresponding documents.
