TER-PETROSSIAN MAKES A SPEECH

“Armenia's next president must disclose the October 27 assassinations which denigrate the country's statehood,” Levon Ter-Petrossian announced at Azatutiun Square. He reflected on the country's economic state and gave his assessment on the oligarchic system “headed by Robert Kocharian, his successor Serzh Sarkisian, Deputy Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamian, President's Personnel Head Armen Gevorgian, ministers and many others.”
