The latter thinks that one of the obstacles on the way of regulation of the problem is the fact that many are involved with non-constructive suggestions. «I think Armenia and Azerbaijan would come to an agreement long ago if they negotiated only with each other. But many interests are confronted here – geopolitical, Middle Asian etc”, - Grebennikov said. He sometimes gets an impression from the Georgians that they are not interested in the peaceful regulation of the conflict.
“Russia does want the conflict to be regulated”, - Russian deputy insists adding that Armenia is a strategic partner of Russia, a country-friend. Regarding problems between two countries, e. g., gas price rise, Mr. Grebennikov has his explanation: «Aren’t there problems arising within a relationship? They also come up between close relations of two individuals. But they can never appear between countries».
