CAN KARABAKH ISSUE BECOME REASON FOR POWER CHANGE?
- «If the Karabakh issue is raised in 2006 it can lead to the collapse of the incumbent. People are tired of sitting at home and waiting,» member of Justice bloc, chairman of the Armenian Democratic Party Aram Sagrsyan. {BR}

In his opinion, the authorities should be interested in settling the internal problems. According to Sargsyan the change of power will hamper the negotiation process, however solutions will be searched for. To note, he will take part in the 9th round of trilateral meetings of the representatives of Armenia, NKR and Azerbaijan to be held with the Dartmouth conference.
He noted that a document adopted in the previous round will be discussed. «I can't say how it will influence upon the negotiation process,» Aram Sargsyan said.
