WRONG TRANSLATION IS NOT AN EXCUSE
The Administrative court of Armenia has held the first hearing of the case submitted by four former diplomats fired by ex FM Vardan Oskanyan. The four diplomats are asking the court to cancel the dismissal order issued by the minister, recover their jobs and compensate the financial losses occurred. The representatives of the foreign affairs ministry, who were represented in the court as respondents, repeated the minister’s announcement saying that the mentioned diplomats had been fired for violating the law on diplomatic service. It is worth mentioning that after the presidential election 8 diplomats called on all political parties to refrain from power against each other and clampdown, which was qualified as a political action.
